Non riesco a collegarlo al mio Acer E5-553G

Ricvuto ieri sera, stamattina non vedevo l'ora di iniziare a usarlo da PC, ragione per cui l'ho preso, per fare dei video da OBS. Sono dalle 10 di stamattina e ora sono le 14:19 che sto provando di tutto. La Live chat non si attiva e non posso scrivere al supporto, non trovo una mail. Nessun video chiaro su YT. Chat GPT mi ha dato tutte le indicazioni possibili. Ho aggiornato il sistema, ho provato tutte le porte USB, anche il cavello jack, ma il mio PC non vede il microfono. Spero che il supporto mi contatti dopo questo messaggio e mi dica come fare. Tra le caratteristiche è indicata compatibilità universale, ma io non riesco a vedere il microfono da nessuna parte sul mio pc.

Metodo di connessione al computer:
1. Utilizzare l'adattatore a U nella confezione degli accessori per collegare il computer (connettore USB-C-USB-C). Attenzione: non utilizzare il cavo di ricarica.
Se la fibbia dell'adattatore non è compatibile con il computer, è possibile utilizzare un cavo dati Type-C per la connessione.

2. Windows -> Apri -> Impostazioni audio -> Seleziona ingresso -> Seleziona audio USB,

3. Impostazioni hardware OBS, l'ingresso predefinito è stato modificato in audio USB.

Los usé de prueba para una grabación de video y de fondo tenía el ruidoso teclado de mi amiga más los vecinos con su música muy fuerte, apreté la cancelación de ruido que traen los micrófonos y fue como si estuviera en una habitación vacía además la calidad del audio es muy nítido, muy buen producto, semi profesional.

Todavía no pude comprobar la duración de la batería, pero en lo que respecta a calidad de materiales y calidad de sonido son increibles. Los compré para usar en una cámara de fotos y funcionan perfectamente. Traen todos los elementos nesesarios. Punto en contra, no tiene ningún estuche de guardado, ni cajita, ni nada para transportarlos, por ende los tenés que llevar en la caja dende vienen, un poco incómodo. Habría que comprar una de esos estuches que vienen para auriculares.
