Shipping Policy

Please be aware that the shipping guidelines provided below are for informational purposes only. Actual shipping times may vary depending on holidays, customs procedures, and environmental factors. After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email notification with your shipment status. You will also be able to track your order through Order Status.

1. About Delivery Areas

We are excited to serve customers worldwide, but due to logistical constraints, we are unable to deliver to certain countries. Please see below for our primary delivery locations and expected delivery times:

United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Russia: 7-20 Business Days

Mexico, Brazil, Netherlands, Portugal, Korea, Turkey, Japan, Bengal: 20-35 Business Days

Important Notes:
1. Please note that we do not ship items to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
2. If you are placing an order from Brazil, kindly provide your TAX ID when filling in the shipping information.
3. Please be aware that Udfine does not take responsibility for any taxes incurred. All taxes are solely responsible to be borne by the customer.

    2. About Logistics Methods

    Your package will be shipped through various logistics systems based on the shipping region. Common carriers include 4PX, USPS and DHL Express.

    3. About Shipping Fee

    Pricing depends on the weight of the product, origin, destination, shipping method and warehouse as well as other considerations. Detailed pricing information can be seen when placing an order.

    *Currently, we give free shipping on all orders over $50, orders under $50 are subject to a $20 shipping fee.

    *Please note that shipping may be delayed on weekends and holidays. (If there is a holiday, the logistics need to express to the warehouse, it may waste 4-5 working days. This is a force majeure factor, both parties accept it by default .)

    *Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges cover services provided by the carrier and are non-refundable if the item is returned for any reason.

    4. About accelerating transportation

    Please fill in the complete delivery address, including recipient's name, company name, apartment number, floor, street name, valid phone number (if ordering from Brazil, please leave your tax ID number) to avoid package delay or loss. UDFINE cannot be held responsible if the package is lost due to subjective reasons such as wrong address.

    We use a third-party address verification system, so please enter the address information shown on your credit card statement accurately. Incorrect information may cause delays in order processing or shipping.

    If your order is returned to UDFINE as undeliverable by our shipping partner, you will need to place a new order. Please leave us a message in the message pop-up or contact customer support to resolve your payment issue: service@udfinefit.com.

    Save time and avoid frustration by entering your address information in the appropriate boxes and double-checking for spelling mistakes and other errors.

    5. About Customs Duties

    Taxes may apply to imported goods/services and are governed by national/regional laws. UDFINE is not responsible for any tax invoices charged on its products. Shipping charges are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applicable in each country/region. Please contact your local customs for details and information.

    No refund will be made if the parcel cannot be delivered or returned properly due to the buyer's non-cooperation in customs clearance/payment of duties. The buyer will not be able to receive the product eventually and no refund will be available.

    6. Backorder Policy for Out-of-Stock Products

    Please note that our website does not reflect live inventory. We will ship your order right away if it is in stock. If any products are not available, they will be backordered at our discretion. Typically, backordered items take 3-5 weeks to become available.

    If your order is not in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible with an estimated time of availability and delivery.
